Generating an SIPMon Availability and Event Report

The Availability and Events Reports provide a comprehensive overview of the Availability and reliability of monitored hosts and services. These reports combine critical metrics with visual insights to help analyze system health and event trends effectively.

To create an Availability and Event Report, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Add button.
  2. In the Choose Report Template section, enter a name for the report.
  3. Select Availability Report as the report type.
  4. Choose the appropriate Report Template.
  5. Click the Next button.
  6. In the Define Report Parameters section, select the Hostgroup.
  7. Specify the From Date and To Date for the report. Provide any Additional information required for the report parameters.
  8. In the Execution Plan section, choose either Immediate or Scheduled for the report execution.
  9. Click the Finish button and then the Done and Save button to create the report.
  10. Once the report is generated, view it by clicking the Preview icon.
  11. Optionally, export the report in your desired format, such as PDF.
