Steps to Generate the Report

Step 1: Provide Report Details

  1. Report Name: Enter the name of the report.
  2. Template Name: Select the appropriate template name.
  3. Template Category: Choose the relevant template category.
  4. Click on the Next button to proceed.

Step 2: Define Parameters

  1. Hostid: Select the host group for which the report is to be generated.

  2. Storage: Specify the storage details.

  3. Memory: Specify the memory details.

  4. Network Interface: Specify the network interface details.

  5. CPU: Specify the CPU details.

  6. Inputs: Provide any additional input parameters required for the report.

  7. Select Month: Choose the month for which the report is to be generated.

  8. From Date: Specify the start date for the report.

  9. To Date: Specify the end date for the report.

  10. Critical and Warning Duration: Specify the duration for critical and warning alerts.

  11. Click on the Next button to proceed.

Step 3: Execution Plan

  1. Execution Plan: Select the execution plan for the report.
  2. Click on the Done button to proceed.

Step 4: Save the Report

  1. Review the report details and parameters.
  2. Click on the Save button to save the report.
